RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)For hygiene and logistical reasons, the following items cannot be returned:Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products.Intimate items, underwear, or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed).Perishable goods, health products, or personal care items.Final sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.
