2. Shipping Rates  Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. 3. International Shipping We offer international shipping for free in all products.Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country Iceman Wrist is not responsible for these additional charges; they are the   responsibility of the customer and buyer.

4. Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the shipping carrier's system to update the tracking information.Sometimes, due to high demand, the order tracking number is not processed. If you do not receive it, you can contact the support team using the link at the bottom of the page.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address or Unclaimed PackagesIt is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.If a package is returned to our facilities due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was unclaimed at the destination office after delivery attempts, the customer must pay the new shipping fees to proceed with a second delivery.If you request a refund due to this reason, the price of the product will be refunded, deducting the original shipping costs incurred.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages Iceman Wrist  is not responsible for damages, losses, or delays caused directly by shipping carriers, strikes, or extreme weather events.Damaged package upon arrival: You have 24 hours from delivery to notify us. You must send photos of the condition of both the outer and inner packaging to our email  (Contact information at the bottom of the page) so we can file a claim with the carrier.Undelivered package: If 5 days have passed since the estimated delivery date and you have not received your order, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
